Good morning. Another rate rise yesterday by the RBA. That means the average annual mortgage repayment is now about $12k higher than it was in May 2022. With 2 more rises predicted, that's expected to hit $15k.

Market news: Nuix popped after the Federal Court dismissed claims by its former CEO. The former CEO claimed his options should have benefited from a stock split that would have netted him another ~$180m. But the court dismissed the claims.

While the former CEO can appeal the decision, the current clarity might give rumoured buyers the confidence to have a crack.
